First of all I wanted to say thank you very much to the people who have donated for Ventrilo and the website. It is VERY MUCH appreciated and we are covered for a whole 'nother year.

Next we have a happy birthday! Yesterday, Relentless the guild hit 2 yrs old. I can't believe we've been around that long! Since then we've had oldies retire, we've had newbies join us, we've conquered raids and just flat out owned. The atmosphere everyone provides is adult and fun, I'm honored to call all of you my guildies. Here's to another year of success and fun!

I've also been slacking on getting these screenies up so wanted to post them super quick. We were 4th on the server for Professor Putricide in 10man. A great accomplishment and a lot of effort to finally get him down.

A few weeks after that we zoned in to kill the pre-nerf Blood Princes and become the 1st on the server to get him in 10man. Huge accomplishment.

We ended up running out of time for raiding that night and put it off until the following Monday to go back in for the Queen. We killed her with 1 attempt left, really good job all!

Either way you look at it Icecrown Citadel hasn't proven to not be much of a challenge (cept that dastardly Lady Deathwhisper). I mentioned Tuesday one of our groups went in and knocked the bosses around a bit. Flash forward to Friday and you'll find us mostly clearing it again. We had a bit of trouble on Deathwhisper which ate up a chunk of time, most of it was made up on the Gunship though that we one shotted.

The Gunship promptly bugged on us, never getting to the top so we weren't able to divy up the loot that was in it. I put in a petition but 4 days later they are still experiencing a high volume of petitions.

We got to Saurfang and spent a bit of time on him but left him for Saturday's calling. Our strategy was perfected and...

Eldor (Elaetz) led a team in Saturday that mowed through everything but Saurfang. Apparently he requires a large chunk of DPS (that some alts don't have). No problem though, they'll get back in there and knock it out next week!

We run a 10man group on Tuesdays that normally does ToC normal and heroic. Thanks to the patch we decided to run over and do Icecrown Citadel instead. Get a taste for it, see if we could learn the bosses before our 25man raid on Friday.

Well...

We did a bit more than just learn a boss or two... we cleared it. Which was pretty awesome, especially when you consider the fact that we only used two healers. Which might have been our secret because the final boss, Deathbringer Saurfang, is quite the DPS race.

We had some raid time leftover so decided to clear as much of h.toc10 as we could. Talk about a good raid night.

Everything just fell together so amazingly. I can't wait til Friday.

Marisse, one of our more awesome guildies has been carefully molding the will of several people in the direction of conquering Ulduar 10. She rounds everyone up and then via an intelligent bait and switch I take over and start yelling at people.

It has been working great and it finally came to fruition this past weekend allowing us to complete our nerd points and get...

This past Friday we completed out first Val'anyr. I'm proud to say, I was the recipient of it.

We also had a friend from another guild coming along to finish his Val'anyr as well. His group isn't quite ready for Yogg -1 (they'll get there!) so he finished his up with us.
